One membership, four ways to train.

Most members start with Open Gym and add what they want from there. Train alone, with a coach, in a small group, or in a class. Whatever fits the life you're actually living.

01

24/7 Open Gym

Train any time, day or night. Full access to the facility: racks, free weights, cardio, turf, all of it. No appointment, no class to catch. Just walk in and lift.

Best for: members who want room to do their own thing on their own schedule.
02

1-on-1 Personal Training

Work with one of our trainers on a program built for you. From getting started to dialing in technique to chasing a specific result. Your goals, their experience.

Best for: members who want a coach in their corner and a program they don't have to write themselves.
03

Semi-Private Training

Coached sessions in groups of 2–4. Same trainer expertise as 1-on-1, in a small-group setting that keeps it personal but social.

Best for: members who want coaching but love training with a few others. Often the sweet spot for sustained progress.
04

Group Classes

Coach-led group classes: strength, conditioning, and mixed-format. Bigger groups, structured sessions, real community energy.

Best for: members who train better with a class, a clock, and people around them.

Simple membership. Real value.

$45/month. 24/7 access. Full equipment. NEW building, same hours, same coaches available either way.

Meet your trainers.

The new Ally launches with a full training team, something the old location never offered. Four coaches, one shared standard for how members are treated.

Most passionate about: powerlifting, S&C, and corrective movement.

We're not your average gym.

We're your community-centered gym,
here to be your ALLY along your fitness journey.

That means a bigger room you'll want to spend time in. Equipment that doesn't have a line at 6 PM. Coaches who will tell you the truth about your form. And a community that gets a little stronger every time someone new walks in.

You're going to pay for a gym anyway. Pay for one that's worth showing up to.

Common questions.

When does the new location open?

Doors open Monday, October 5, 2026. The new gym is at 4565 Elida Rd, Lima, OH 45807, connected to Apex Sports Zone.

Is the gym 24/7?

Yes. The HybridAF app gives you access any time, day or night.

How does door access work?

Door access runs through the HybridAF app. After you sign up and claim your free first month, you'll automatically get an email from HybridAF with the subject line "Support." It walks you through downloading the app, which becomes your key to the gym, 24/7.

What's included in the free first month?

Full Open Gym Membership for 30 days: 24/7 access, full equipment, all the same as a paying member. No commitment after month one.

What happens after the free month?

Standard Open Gym Membership kicks in at $45/month. Cancel anytime. No annual contract, no buyout.

Are there any other fees?

Just one. A $50 club enhancement fee is billed once per year, and it goes directly to equipment upgrades for our members. That's it. You'll see exactly what it buys on the floor.

Do I need to bring anything to start?

Just yourself and an ID. We'll get you set up with access, a quick facility tour, and answer anything you want to know.

Are personal training and group classes included?

Open Gym Membership covers facility access. Personal training, semi-private, and group classes are separate add-ons. Pricing depends on format and frequency. We'll quote you when you ask.

Is there parking?

Yes. We share a large lot with Apex Sports Zone.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. No annual contracts, no buyout, no games.
